Job description

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Do you have 2-4 years’ in a client-facing or relationship manager role in a hands-on and fast-paced environment?

Our client is a fast-growing FinTech company with a friendly and dynamic culture. They are looking for a talented individual to support the relationship development of their clients and collaborate closely across the organisation to provide a consistently high level of service.

This role is hybrid, 3-4 days in office.

What you’ll be doing day to day:
  1. Building relationships with clients, managing day-to-day interactions while supporting the development of new relationships
  2. Supporting the team in the development of relationships to a ‘partnership’ engagement
  3. Driving increased engagement between the clients and company, ensuring clients are satisfied with the services they receive
  4. Acting as the voice of the client, communicating their needs to the Product and Tech teams to influence the continued development of the product offering
  5. Supporting the team in delivering strong project management throughout the life cycle from a client commercial agreement to end-delivery, collaborating both with clients and colleagues
  6. Presenting in client meetings in multiple different forums
  7. Driving client adoption, value and outcomes leading to renewals of engagement, expansion of scope, and advocacy
  8. Becoming a product expert on the company platform
  9. Assisting with the development of client materials, producing customised client presentations
  10. Constantly improving your industry knowledge through webinars, events, or readings
The skills you need to bring:
  1. 2 – 4 years’ professional experience in a client-facing or relationship manager role either within a bank or within the financial services practice of a consulting firm or analytics company
  2. Effective, sharp, clear and succinct communication skills, both verbal and written with strong presentation skills
  3. A passion for providing high-quality service to clients, relationship building, problem solving and teamwork
  4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of multiple projects simultaneously
  5. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
