We'd like you to join us as a Rehabilitation Assistant Bank at our service Park House in Bedford.

At Park House, we have a strong focus on therapy, care and quality of life. We offer specialist post acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long term neurological conditions, in Bedford. We're committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.

What you'll be working:

  • Full time
  • 37.625 Hrs per week
  • Long days and nights
  • Salary: £26,642.34

Some of the main roles and responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards of care and rehabilitation.
  • Maintain the safety of Residents, in accordance with national legislation and local policy.
  • Maintain confidentiality, in accordance with national legislation and local policy, including GDPR/Data Protection protocols.
  • Participate in the keyworker programme, to ensure consistent delivery of care and rehabilitation.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programmes of care for Residents, ensuring care delivery is in accordance with individual Residents' care plans.
  • Develop and engage in therapeutic relationships with Residents, relatives, and staff, whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Uphold the reputation of the Organisation and the profession.
  • Read protocols, risk assessments, and care plans before working with a service user.
