As a Healthcare Regulatory Licensing Associate, you will assist in managing hospice licensures, work with Medicare and State Departments of Health, handle renewals and applications, and help ensure compliance with both state and federal programs. You’ll work closely with the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Manager, as well as the Compliance Department, in supporting the regulatory and legal needs of the organization. This role offers growth potential and the chance to make a direct impact on our operations. This is NOT a Remote Position.

Bachelor's Degree or significant relevant work experience required.
1-3 years of healthcare regulatory experience related to facility licensing or agency licensing, preferably in a healthcare or hospice setting. Experience with Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and state-level licensing is highly preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and related software knowledge.
$70,000 - $80,000per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
