In this unique role within the Compliance and Economic Crime Office (CECO) team, you'll be an integral part of Santander's Second Line of defence at an exciting time of transformation and execution.
You'll be supporting the delivery of Compliance Risk reporting and governance for the function, by leading on risk profile reporting and being responsible for embedding, managing and reporting on the key risk drivers of the Compliance Risk profile. You'll drive the investigation into risk breaches for robust reporting and informing the Chief Compliance Officer of actions taken for path to tolerance.

Our preferred location for this role is Milton Keynes, but we'll also consider locating the role in Glasgow.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
