The Role

As a Regulatory and Compliance Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s regulatory and compliance functions, ensuring our clients remain compliant with industry regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in regulatory investigations, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
• Conducting legal research on relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards
• Drafting and reviewing compliance policies, contracts, and reports
• Supporting the preparation of regulatory filings and applications
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and clients on compliance matters
• Monitoring changes in legislation and advising on their impact
• Providing administrative support to the legal team as required

About You

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with:

• A degree in Law or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in a risk and compliance role
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• A keen interest in regulatory law and compliance frameworks
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
