Regulatory Affairs Policy Strategist
The Regulatory Policy Strategist within Regulatory Policy and Intelligence team, is responsible for maximizing our external advocacy efforts through setting the key Regulatory policy priorities and ensuring aligned positions on key topics of strategic importance to our business that have the potential to impact our portfolio and pipeline. In doing so they will help shape the external environment through coordination of the external regulatory advocacy effort.
It ensures we are future thinking, and looking at how we can shape what is on the horizon through advocacy for self-care enabling regulatory frameworks for the benefit of our consumers and access to sustainable self-care solutions. The successful candidate will be assigned to act as a liaison to trade associations to represent Bayer Consumer Health position on regulatory matters and will coach train others on best practice for external advocacy in this area.
