Registered Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team in Partington, Greater Manchester. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their personal care needs are met while maintaining their dignity and promoting independence. You will collaborate closely with other nurse practitioners to deliver exceptional care and support in the day-to-day operations of our home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering all forms of nursing care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners.

• Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high standard.

• Assisting in the nursing care of residents and participating in daily activities within the home.

• Promoting and maintaining the dignity and independence of residents.

Reports to: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead

Skills and Attributes:

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in nursing care.

Education and Qualifications:

• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.

• Comprehensive induction and training programme.
