Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Mental Health Hospital
Salary - Up to £40,455 per annum (Up to £20.74 per hour equivalent) + £5,000 welcome bonus
Location - Cardiff
Hours - Permanent, Full Time or Part time hours available (options of 2, 3 or 4 shifts each week)
Shift Pattern - Mixed shifts required (days, nights, and weekends on a rotational basis). Day shifts - 07:30 - 19:45, Night shifts - 19:30 - 07:45.

Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs. Together we are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or an experienced Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) for their four-bedded, low secure service for adult males and females with personality disorders, learning disabilities, or mental health issues based in Cardiff.

As a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will ensure all patients in this hospital receive high-quality care while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 6 months Mental Health experience as a nurse in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
