Main duties of the job

What you'll beresponsible for:

  • You will be involved in providing a highlevel of safe and effective care.
  • Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementationand evaluation of care.
  • Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures andguidelines.
  • Liaise with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide mentorship and support to others.
  • The role will involve, butnot be limited to you performing the above.

What youll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices

Person Specification

Experience

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years
  • Restraint and ILS Training completed within the last 12 months

Qualifications

  • All Registered Nurse roles will be required to provide evidence of : -
  • Statement of NMC Registration
  • Degree /Diploma in Nursing
