Registered Manager

At Beluga Rox, we are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our client's service based at a beautiful office in Bury, which is already well established.

Our client supports a variety of packages, including complex care, supported living, learning difficulties, mental health, and residential care.

As the Registered Care Manager, you will be:

1. Responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the business in accordance with statutory regulations and company policies.
2. Responsible for the growth and development of the office, the service, operational staff, and carer workers in the field. Must have experience in managing a home care service delivering a high volume of hours.
3. Seeking opportunities to strengthen professional relationships with key individuals and identify business development opportunities.
4. Responsible for promoting an environment conducive to a high standard of care in which clients can participate according to their capacity and wishes.
5. Responsible for monitoring the well-being of each client, being aware of any changes impacting care and care plans, ensuring that new needs are met, and care records are amended to reflect any variations.
6. Responsible for monitoring standards of care delivered by all care staff through observation and direct involvement.
7. Accountable for quality & compliance, ensuring CQC regulations and company policies are maintained.
8. Responsible for the recruitment and retention of staff to build the business.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 1 year's experience in running a home care service or a similar service.
2. Knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements.
3. Experience in business development and growth to meet identified KPIs.
4. Strong leadership and management experience.
