REGIONAL RESIDENTIAL VALUER

STAFFORD

Estate Agency - Residential Sales Opportunity

Basic salary up to £32,000

Plus car allowance and uncapped bonus scheme

Realistic OTE £45,000 plus

Our client is a highly successful, multi-branch, independent estate agents who are currently looking for an experienced enthusiastic professional Regional Branch Valuer to add to their existing busy valuing team. As a skilled Residential Valuer, you will be covering the Stafford, Cannock and surrounding areas listing properties to their portfolio of residential properties.

As a successful Residential Valuer, you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record with an excellent listing conversion rate. You will also need to display determination, self-motivation, and commitment to succeed in a competitive, challenging and fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills at all levels are also essential.

As Regional Residential Valuer, you will be responsible for:

1. Generating valuations and new business opportunities
2. Successfully carrying out residential property valuations
3. Conducting sales pitches to prospective vendors
4. Maintaining a strong conversion rate to list properties to the portfolio
5. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
6. Selling referrals for Financial Services and Conveyancing
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation at all times
8. Adhering to Company Best Practices and Company Brand Standards
9. Promoting features and benefits of the company's service, e.g. floor plans, marketing and advertising strength and customer service programme

As a successful Residential Valuer you will need:

1. Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Estate Agent Valuer/Lister
2. Excellent conversion rates with a proven track record in winning new business
3. Strong relationship building and communication skills
4. Strong history of securing individual and team targets
5. Ability to work on own initiative to secure company objectives
6. Full UK driving licence and car
7. Knowledge of the local area would be desirable
