Now, we’re looking for a Regional Training Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about delivering expert solutions, building client relationships, and making workplaces safer, this role is for you.

The impact you’ll have:

As a Regional Training Consultant, you’ll work with businesses to understand their technical and safety training needs, providing tailored solutions that help them meet compliance, safety, and operational goals. You’ll be the trusted expert who helps clients make informed decisions on training, equipment, and workplace safety.

A typical day:

• Consult with clients to identify their technical training and safety needs.
• Develop and deliver bespoke training solutions based on industry-leading expertise.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they return time and time again.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry regulations and innovations to provide expert advice.
• Represent HSS Training at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create training packages that meet evolving market needs.
• Provide technical guidance on product and service offerings, ensuring clients receive the best solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• Relevant experience in sales, health & safety, or technical consultancy.
• A passion for workplace safety and training solutions.
• The ability to translate technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand advice.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A strong understanding of technical training solutions and the specification route to market.
• A proactive approach to building relationships and driving business growth.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Significant experience in a pre-sales or technical consultancy role.
• Proven ability to design and implement tailored training solutions.
• Confidence in public speaking, pitching, and delivering engaging presentations.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess business opportunities.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration, influencing product development and marketing strategies.

Desirable Qualifications & Skills:

• NEBOSH General Certificate or Level 3 in Health & Safety.
• CSCS Card and BPSS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH) or working towards it.
• Comfortable working at height or in confined spaces.
