We’re looking for a
passionate and hardworking Regional Technician to join the Property Team! We
have ambitious and exciting plans coupled with an active roll-out plan.

Could you be what we’re looking
for?

The Role

  1. Overview of all bowling and gaming maintenance works at venues
    across the region.
  2. Work with the onsite facilities/technical team in the region to
    train and support.
  3. Work with our venue managers in the region to train and support.
  4. Assist in the delivery of proactive maintenance programme for our
    venues across the region.
  5. Complete centre standards audit at venue level across the region and
    escalate any areas of concern to your line manager, Ops Director.
  6. Manage and monitor equipment usage and implement the companies
    proactive planned maintenance tasks that are appropriate.
  7. Monitor GPS and devise a strategy to improve on the issues across
    the region, to help become best in class.
  8. Ensure a constant supply of spare ‘Business critical’ parts are
    readily available around the region including monitoring set stocks.
  9. Provide both telephone Support and onsite support as and when
    required including weekends and bank holidays.
  10. When issues arise, take the lead and ensure all issues are dealt
    with in a timely manner.
  11. Understand the financial implications of any maintenance being
    carried out and make decisions based on repairing vs replacing.
  12. Ensure the Guest is at the heart of everything we do.
  13. A positive attitude and approach to the role.
  14. Ability to support and motivate a team to get the best out of
    them.
  15. Have at least 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory
    role.
  16. Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills.
  17. Have a full, clean UK driving licence.
  18. Experience in building maintenance disciplines.
  19. Field based.
  20. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & Bank
    Holidays when required.
  21. On call rota weekends & Bank holidays.
  22. Hotel overnight stays as required to meet the needs
    of the business.
  23. Some international travel.
  24. Attend and participate in company meetings.
  25. Multiple platforms for communicating with HQ Support
    & site teams to include phone, email and Teams.
