Job Title: Regional Technical Support Manager [MOBILE VEHICLE BODY REPAIRS]

Reports: Head of Mobile

Location: NORTHWEST ENGLAND [Home based]

Salary: UP TO £50,000.00 OTE + Company Van + Pension + c/o benefits

This leading repairer of damage to vehicles has seen phenomenal growth over the past 5 years, with a fleet of Mobile Vehicle Body Repair technicians [Paint, Panel, SMART] and a network of vehicle repair partners and Bodyshops. This senior-level technician role is due to our client's continued growth and as a result of their success, and to support this they are looking to recruit an experienced Technician with Mobile [Paint/Panel/SMART] looking to move into a more senior role supporting the team of technicians in the Northwest.

As a Regional Support Technician, you will report into the Head of Mobile repairs [automotive], work with the current management team, and have a strong technical background carrying out vehicle body repairs. You will also be experienced in managing teams of vehicle body repair technicians [automotive], based throughout the Northwest, working with various clients, such as Vehicle Dealerships, Vehicle Fleet, and Bodyshops.

Experience:

1. Strong Technical skills within vehicle repairs, both Bodyshop and Mobile, Paint / Panel / SMART
2. Managing teams of Mobile Vehicle Repair Technicians based throughout the U.K.
3. An exceptional leader to drive excellence and innovation across their Mobile Repair Technicians [Automotive Body Repair]
4. Develop current recruitment and training methods within the repair technician team
5. Develop and grow the current mobile vehicle repair team and repair partner network
6. Review, assess and analyse the methods and processes currently used within the mobile repair team
