The Role

Regional Service Manager, Medical Diagnostic Analysers

This market leader now seeks to recruit a commercially astute Regional Service Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
  1. Managing a team of Field Service Engineers
  2. Building and nurturing all relationships with key customers
  3. Regularly attending meetings and providing customer care
  4. Ensuring the delivery of KPI's, including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction
  5. Financial delivery within set budgets

Your Background

To apply you should be able to demonstrate:
  1. A background working in a Field Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, Field Service Supervisor or Team Leader role
  2. Experience within a high technology instrumentation sector (analytical instrumentation, scientific, laboratory, medical or high value electronics capital equipment)
  3. Commercial skills and business flair
  4. The ability to foster key relationships with customers
  5. The skills required to support and motivate your team of field service engineers, looking to develop new revenue streams and increase market share throughout a broad product portfolio offering the latest 'cutting edge' solutions in medical systems technology
