Manage and coordinate science and innovation across East Midlands Policing!

Join the East Midlands Special Operations Unit as our Regional Science and Innovation Manager.

You'll provide leadership, management and coordination of science and innovation across East Midlands Policing. Working with regional and national colleagues, you will provide a consistent and coherent approach to science and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. You will coordinate and manage regional science and innovation activity for policing.
  2. Providing dedicated leadership, support and guidance for Regional Research and Innovation Leads, raising awareness, regional innovation and processes.
  3. You’ll play a key role in supporting policing innovation across the region.
The Must Haves
  1. Experience of successfully delivering complex change projects.
  2. Knowledge and experience of improving efficiency and effectiveness and promoting improvements.
  3. Have leadership and decision-making skills, and to give direction to the regional innovation network.
