Area to be covered: London (must be commutable to Central London)

Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + £6,000 bonus & commission

The role of the Regional Sales Manager - Ventilation Systems will involve:

1. Regional sales position selling a comprehensive range of manufactured ventilation systems.
2. Majority of your time will be spent generating specifications with M&E consultants and architects.
3. The remaining smaller portion will be spent selling directly to M&E contractors.
4. Turnover target will be circa £600k.
5. 200 dormant accounts to go after; however, the majority of your time will be focused on generating new business.

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager - Ventilation Systems with:

1. Must have HVAC field sales experience.
2. Must have sold to M&E consultants.
3. Ideally M&E contractor experience not essential.
4. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
5. Hungry and passionate about sales.
6. IT literate, target driven, motivated, and hungry to succeed.
