Regional Sales Manager - Southwest
Basic Salary - £32,000 - £34,000 plus Monthly Bonus - Approx £1,000 per month, but commission is unlimited and guaranteed for the first 3 months.
Salary equates to approx £50,000.

Role Description

This role of Regional Sales Manager is a full-time remote position. The Regional Sales Manager will manage and develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales in their assigned region. Delivery and installation of sold equipment form a large part of the role, providing time to cement the newly formed relationship. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, providing customer product knowledge and support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required
  1. Proven track record in B2B sales and territory management
  2. Experience within the Automotive sector - ideally
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  5. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  6. Highly organised - managing own diary
  7. Self-motivated and target-driven
  8. Ability to work independently and remotely
  9. Willingness to travel within the Southwest and Wales - Devon, Cornwall and South to Mid Wales
  10. Able to stay over - approx. 2 nights per week
  11. Able to lift 30/40kg equipment
