Area to be covered: North & Scotland

Remuneration: £70,000 - £80,000 + 10-15% bonus (both basic & bonus negotiable)

The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Powered Access & Handler Hire will involve:

1. Promoting a range of powered access and handler hire, as well as contract hire and machine sales.
2. Managing and developing a team of 11 field sales professionals.
3. Supporting, mentoring, and assessing the sales team with KPIs & targets.
4. Working with each Depot Manager to maximize growth in their individual branch.
5. Collaborating with the board to map the sales strategy and implement it in the North.
6. Further developing a turnover of £32m across 4 branches.

1. People management experience in a fast-paced environment.
2. Experience in a senior sales position.
3. Construction hire sales experience.
4. Ideally from the powered access industry, however open to hire.
5. Full UK driving license.
6. Motivated, highly organized, team player.
