Key Responsibilities as a Regional Sales Manager:
- Maintain regular, proactive contact with customers, ensuring they're fully stocked with products and informed of new offerings.
- Deepen your understanding of each customer's market to tailor solutions that best serve their needs.
- Keep an eye on the competition, maintaining a competitive edge.
- Expand our reach by converting new business opportunities and broadening product offerings for current clients.
- Consistently grow the new business portfolio year after year.
- Produce monthly reports detailing sales achievements and upcoming targets.
- Prepare accurate trip reports and forecasts, ensuring alignment.
- Handle expense reports, resolve payment issues in partnership with Credit Control, and promptly address customer complaints.
- Operate independently with a solution-oriented mindset and an eagerness to exceed expectations.
Requirements as a Regional Sales Manager:

- Solid educational background.
- Sales experience, preferably with product sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities.
