Job Purpose:
This is a Sales Manager position for Eastern Europe, reporting to the Vice President - Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining customer interface, increasing sales to existing accounts, and establishing new accounts consistently with the company’s sales plans. You will be required to develop the annual order input budget and execute specific sales plans and strategies to optimize existing and potential business. You will be required to recommend sales, product, and pricing strategies to the Commercial Manager.
Objectives:
Education and/or Experience: Experience / Knowledge:
Degree with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and experience of valves within the oil and gas industry is essential. Understanding of Mechanical Engineering terminology and existing key account relationships with businesses within the territory would be advantageous. Application expertise and sound knowledge of sales.
Must be capable of reading, writing, and speaking in Russian.
