Purpose of role:
As the Project & On Site Solutions Sales Manager, you will be responsible for scoping and securing new projects and hydraulic application solutions, targeting and obtaining new customers for growth. This is a UK-wide role, working in the Major Projects and On Site Services team (MPoS), to effectively manage the customer account strategy for a defined list of key accounts in order to become the trusted partner for hydraulic solutions in high value clients. This is a key role to ensure the upfront solution provides profitable sales and margin in line with company targets, and to support and execute your strategy and commercially grow the discipline offering. In addition, you will work to cross-pollinate with other sales and engineering teams, designers, project managers, and service engineers to ensure the whole value proposition is maximised and our hydraulic application offering is leading within the UK.
