This role is based across the South West and Midlands and will require the successful person to travel - A full driving licence is required.

Regional Sales Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements

• Extensive sales experience is required
• Development of high-level sales and account management skills within the Company.
• Evaluate and gain understanding of the marketplace and customers’ businesses and requirements.
• Demonstrate and maintain the highest possible levels of customer care.
• A consistent focus on developing key accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen, strong analytical skills and excellent IT skills.
• Development and motivation of External Sales teams.
• Management of specified key and local accounts in the region.
• Liaising with the MD enabling joint ownership around strategy and customers.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude are a must.
