Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers to optimise commercial opportunities and maximise sales prospects.

  • Using your expertise and experience within the field of property rental acquisition you will remotely and in person coach, mentor and support a team of New Business Development Managers to success.
  • Exemplify dynamic, innovative, professional, sales-oriented, and networking behaviours, serving as a role model for your team.
  • Make sure your team gets and uses important business and environmental information, following all company rules and policies.
  • Develop and execute performance management plans to help your team achieve their targets.
  • Collaborate with your team to develop a strategy for growth and effective lead conversion.
  • Promote and represent the company with enthusiasm, effectively pitching the business to potential new partners.
  • Provide regular reporting with updates on how to enhance business.
  • Ensure partners receive exceptional service, building strong relationships with key accounts to maximise retention.
  • Support ad hoc projects and various initiatives across the broader business as required, assisting the VP of Business Development.

Experience Required:

  • Must have experience within a similar role in travel or real estate.
  • Must be commercially minded.
  • Leadership experience is essential.
  • Experience with Salesforce would be great.
  • Target driven.
  • Skilled in analytics.
  • Strong expertise in managing partner relationships.
