Salary: OTE £120k

Position: Permanent Full Time

An outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to manage multiple offices in Berkshire for a multi award winning, highly regarded national Estate Agency.

This is a pivotal role, with the main objective being to maximise turnover and profitability, generate and develop new and existing business opportunities, provide exceptional service to the clients, ensure staff comply with all legislations, support and manage the team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background as a Sales Director/Senior Sales Manager, with senior management experience and readiness to fulfil and develop this role.

Skills required for this Regional Sales Director role will include:

• Significant experience in Estate Agency
• Held a Senior Branch Management level position within the industry

• Full Driving License essential
