Qualifications

Job description

Location: Dubai & London

Services provided by the Employee shall be those typically expected of someone employed within such a position within GardaWorld (CIGS) and include:

Scope of Responsibilities:
  1. GW (CI&GS) SME - Tactical to strategic level kinetic and geo-political Risk Analysis by region in support of operations as directed/ required.
  2. Support to GW (CI&GS) business development teams in the form of commercial research/ insights and tender input as directed/ required by region.
  3. Undertaking any other direction or reasonable request given by appropriate GardaWorld Management team(s) in accordance with GW Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.

Experience and Qualifications:
  1. Degree in a related subject area preferred (English, journalism, law, security, intelligence, risk management…).
  2. Minimum of five years security intelligence experience.
  3. Background in Military Intelligence (MI) preferred, supported by appropriate courses and government employment.
  4. HUMINT training and SC/ DV clearance an advantage.
  5. Must be fully conversant with MS Office and associated programs.
  6. Written and verbal English grammar must be to an excellent standard.
  7. Must be comfortable working as a standalone Regional Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  8. Must be driven, adaptable, and flexible.
  9. Must be comfortable working remotely, meeting deadlines, and may work unsociable hours whilst deployed.
  10. Must be confident and capable of creating and delivering presentations to senior clients and staff.
  11. Must be able to effectively research and interrogate information systems, presenting findings in both verbal and written formats.
