Regional Recruiter

£25,000 to £28,000 per annum | Full Time | Monday to Friday | Driving Licence Essential

A large healthcare group is currently recruiting a Regional Recruiter to join their team working in their Glasgow service, 2 days a week, remotely the rest of the week.

Details of this Regional Recruiter position and what the service is offering:

1. A permanent contract working full time hours
2. Shifts working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
3. A fantastic annual salary from £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
4. 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 3 year's service)
5. Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay
6. Occupational sick pay and death in service payment

As Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies, including attracting and resourcing potential candidates at all times. You will also be responsible for posting adverts as required on social media and other available platforms.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Good standard level of education required, no formal qualifications in HR or recruitment required
2. Excellent customer service skills with evidence of putting the customer first
3. Excellent local knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media
4. Fluent in English (verbal and creative written communication skills) and additional languages is adventurous
