Salary: £50,000-£65,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + additional benefits

Your new role:
As the business continues to grow its property portfolio of first-class student accommodation in the city, this is an integral new role in the business. The Regional Property Manager will have overall responsibility for the operational management of Property Managers, customer service, and maintenance operatives who service the property portfolio, which is predominantly in Liverpool.
With major plans to redevelop the structure as they continue to grow, the business owners are seeking the hire of a Regional Property Manager who can influence, provide advice, and really shape this role to be their own. You will be tasked with implementing new procedures to improve and streamline operations and mentoring a team of Liverpool-based Property and Building Managers.
What you'll need to succeed:
The successful Regional Property Manager will have a proven background at a senior management level within property management and must be able to demonstrate strategic and operational management within a similar role. With a number of direct reports, this role will suit an individual who can demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage team performance. It is essential that you have operated within a property management business before.
