Up to £50,000 basic salary plus £5,000 car allowance

What You’ll Do

The future of your region lies with you, and we’ll expect you to arrive with a genuine vision for making sure it’s a real success.

So, you’ll own your region. You’ll inspire and motivate your crews. Deliver business plans that drive sales. Set and hit ambitious targets across your 10 restaurants. Get stuck into remodels and NROs to grow our business across the UK.

And anything else it takes to smash it.

You’ll also need to keep on top of performance across your region, setting up and leading monthly meetings to keep tabs on how everyone’s doing. While making sure your restaurant managers have everything they need to grow, develop, and stand up to any challenge that comes their way.

And you’ll do it all as part of a fast-moving, high-energy, ultra-supportive family.

You'll champion our continued business growth and expansion through new restaurant openings and remodel programme. Along with delivering results in the day job!
