Key Accountabilities
As the Global Advertiser Programs, you will lead our efforts in developing and expanding partnerships with Advertisers and building annual programs for MMM and MMT solutions. You will be accountable for achieving revenue and profit targets by scaling up project level engagement with existing advertisers to annual programs, and by engaging with new advertisers to set up global programs. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the advertiser clients and internal Innovation team to open up opportunities for co-creating custom solutions. One of the other key responsibilities include organizing industry councils with select advertisers to assess user experience and to build feedback loop for shaping up our product and incubator roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Engagement Strategy:
- Own advertiser relationships with global advertisers
- Transformation of project level relationships to annual programs through proactive engagement
- Design and develop engagement strategies to elevate the partnership to higher levels of analytic maturity
- Lead RFP and renewal efforts with global advertisers, bring differentiation through existing product toolkits, incubator solutions and talent
- Organize client councils to drive opportunities to shape up our product and incubator roadmaps
- Maintain a thorough understanding of advertiser challenges, and be able to transform them to our opportunities - by leveraging Incubator team, client councils and other internal cross-functional assets
- Client Leadership:
- Design and develop annual analytic programs and address client’s priority needs
- Standardize ways of working, communication and deliverable protocols globally
- Regularly demonstrate the value client is getting from engaging with us by adopting frameworks that link program/project level performance to client’s corporate objectives & KPIs
- Conduct regular governance and business reviews to evolve the breadth and depth of engagement and the maturity of our analytic programs every year
- Standardize program deliverables, results repository, and project pricing rate cards for each advertiser client globally
- Elevate stakeholder relationship to C-suite level
- Consistently achieve revenue targets planned for the portfolio of clients you are assigned to
- Revenue Leadership:
- Contribute to developing Operating Plans for the upcoming year
- Drive client centricity by maintaining client level revenue and opportunity pipeline, including owning active participation in weekly revenue forecasting exercise
- Contribute and lead RFP needs for advertiser clients
- Innovation Leadership:
- Leverage emerging trends in media and open up opportunities for developing new/custom solutions for advertiser clients by closely working with the product/data, and incubator teams
- Engage with academic professionals to facilitate opportunities to collaborate on new research techniques and outcomes.
- Co present innovation content in publisher specific events/webinars and industry events
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, and mentor a talented team of consultants
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their professional growth.
Skillsets
- Self starter and has strong relationship building skills
- Experience in leading advertiser client engagement globally. Having the experience in transforming project level relationships to annual programs will be a high +
- Experience in engaging + building relationships with C-suite level stakeholders, ability to understand their issues quickly and leveraging them to opening up opportunities
- Knowledge of global markets & cultures
- Strong communication skills, has connections in the industry with advertiser clients
- Ability to conduct webinars, speak at conferences
- High responsiveness, strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes
- Proven experience in leading a team, managing people, and developing talent
- Experience in driving organizational transformation
- Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
- Build opinions and communicating them through a compelling vision/narrative
- High say-do ratio and curious in learning from others/publicly available sources
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Advanced degree in marketing, business, statistics, finance or any related field.
- Experience in leading analytics programs with publishers and advertisers
- Thorough knowledge of emerging digital platforms and publishers
- Experience in owning revenue targets and consistent performance in delivering against revenue targets
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Marketing ROI solutions - Marketing Mix, Lift, etc..
- Curious about learning and adopting AI and machine learning based techniques
