Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be challenged with improving delivery times for the EMEAI region as part of the Keysight Global Service Organization. You will need to have an ability to work across all major functions of the supply chain in a fast-paced demand environment to optimize revenue and delight customers. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving regional metrics by optimizing WW/Regional inventory to improve Turn and Time resulting in elevated customer experience.
  • Presenting to internal senior managers opportunities to improve their metrics using supply chain best practices.
  • Working across demand planning and supply chain planning to ensure escalations are closed in a timely manner.
  • Partnering with logistics and understanding how to improve processes in a complex warehouse infrastructure.
  • Working with planning to drive down cost of goods sold by utilizing substitute parts.
  • Holding internal stakeholders accountable for meeting and exceeding stated shipment dates.
  • Meeting with customers to understand requirements and putting together an analysis demonstrating the costs and risks of meeting such requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years Supply Chain experience in parts and material planning.
  • Excel experience, particularly with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and interpret complex data.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to elevate ambitions and influence cross-functional and internal team members.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent Supply Chain issues effectively by interfacing with and influencing experienced business leaders.
  • Treating problems like there’s no other option than to create a solution.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and remain resilient through ups and downs.
  • A very high level of self-motivation, initiative, passion, excitement to work cross-functionally, and excellent interpersonal skills are a MUST have for this role!
  • Willingness to offer thought leadership, think creatively, and offer new ways to approach old problems.
  • Experience working in a matrix-structured company.
