As our company grows and develops, we are ever expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Regional Manager to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and committed Regional Manager to join our team, providing services such as supporting existing clients with the delivery of contractual obligations and supporting with consultancy advice. As a member of the Water Consultancy & Equipment team, it is key that you are able to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as having the capabilities to work independently.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

1. Initial point of contact for UK consultancy team
2. Support sales team to maximise potential and develop new opportunities.
3. Manage learning and personal career development of individuals
4. Build relationships internally and externally.
5. Involvement in contract mobilisation
6. Identify and implement efficiency initiatives with Operations Director
7. Provide regular reports to Operations Director
8. Support in the delivery of key business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

1. Knowledge of water treatment across multiple sectors.
2. Proven history in site based water treatment.
3. Experience in account and people management.
4. Experience of technical sales and achieving target KPIs.
5. Ability to build sound working relationships with clients and colleagues.
6. Highly motivated with excellent time management skills.
7. Able to communicate effectively at all levels.

About Water Consultancy & Equipment –

Our Water Consultancy team provide services such as statutory Water Hygiene tasks, chemical and microbiological analysis of various systems such as Cooling Towers, domestic water systems and closed heating/chilled closed circuits. Our Water Equipment engineers manufacture our own equipment in house that is fully supported with CAD schematics / Revit files. We supply our clients with equipment such as reverse osmosis units, water softeners, and water filtration services, among many others. In this area, SOCOTEC UK is BIM level 2 compliant.
