We have an amazing opportunity for a Regional HR Manager to provide maternity cover in our South Region on a 1-year maternity cover contract. You will provide support and guidance to our retail colleagues to achieve key standards, customer relations and exceed goals and KPIs through a person-centric and values-led approach.
Field-based, with travel throughout the region, the role holder will deliver excellent people practices and standards, as well as ensuring the wellbeing of staff, briefing and training managers in all aspects of people management, and providing the best quality of HR advice to managers in the region.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the regions' HR administration systems and processes, with assistance from a Retail Administrator who reports into the successful candidate. All key responsibilities and desirable skills can be found in the Job Description.
Due to significant travel, a company car or car allowance is provided.
