We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team supporting academy schools. You’ll help drive school improvement and culture change through ‘high challenge, high support’ professional HR advice across the full employee life-cycle.
CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with depth & breadth of experience advising and delivering on a wide range of employee issues, including complex casework, absence management, and recruitment & retention, within the public sector. A pragmatic team-player with great organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive work forward on your own initiative.
Ability to build strong working relationships, influence others, and demonstrate flexibility, self-motivation & resilience is essential.
Although based mainly in the Stoke area, occasional travel to other academies (including West Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, and Merseyside) will be required. Own transport is highly desirable, and a willingness to travel and work flexibly (with due notice) is essential.
