Regional HR Business Partner - Schools - South London patch - up to £60,000
A cluster of schools are currently recruiting for a resilient regional HR Business Partner Schools in South London.
This is a permanent position that will look after the HR business partnering needs for a handful of secondary schools in the South London area.
This is a full-time role that will be on-site up to 3 days a week.
This role is paying up to £60,000 (max salary) depending on experience.
This role will suit a HR Business Partner with experience in large scale ER cases and reorganizations and change management. Experience with unions is essential.

- First stage - online - competency based
- Second stage - face to face
Key Activities:
- Partner with a Regional Director to enable the effective development and implementation of People strategies, plans, and practices.
- Support your region on all key People processes, providing guidance, coaching, and constructive challenge when appropriate.
- Effectively engage and work collaboratively with Central function leaders to positively influence performance.
- Lead on local trade union consultations and negotiations.
- Own, analyze, and report People data in ways that underpins best practice and effective people management and planning (including management intelligence on which strategic decisions can be made).
- Keep abreast of HR best practice, legislative changes, and new developments to continuously develop and improve knowledge and skills.
Person Specification:
- CIPD Qualified
- Experience at a HR Business Partner level is essential.
- Experience in large scale ER cases and reorganizations and change management.
- Experience with trade unions.
- Education sector experience.
- Good influencing and communication skills.
