About You

1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, ideally within the hospitality, leisure, or retail sectors.
2. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
3. Willing to travel across the cluster of hotels.
4. Strong leader with the ability to impart discipline with the right balance.
5. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
6. Commercially minded with a strategic approach to people management.

Example Key Responsibilities

Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle including:

1. Partner with hotel leadership teams to drive and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
3. Support recruitment and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.
4. Lead on employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives to create a positive working environment.
5. Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies, promoting best HR practices.
6. Support learning and development initiatives to drive career growth and skills enhancement.
7. Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
