Regional HR Business Partner

Locations Covered: South Wales, Bristol, Portsmouth, Reading, Devon, and North Somerset

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hybrid Role: 2 days remote working, up to 3 days travel per week (mileage paid)

About the Role

Ashley Kate HR is proud to be partnering with a respected national charitable organisation in their search for a Regional HR Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or Junior Business Partner looking to step up into a strategic and high-impact role.

You'll be supporting multiple sites across the South and Southwest of the UK, working closely with leadership teams and employees to deliver a proactive, solutions-focused HR service.

Regional HR Business Partner - Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on a range of HR and employee relations issues.
2. Manage TUPE transfers and provide expert ER support.
3. Guide managers on performance management, employee development, and engagement.
4. Support and conduct thorough and objective investigations.
5. Implement and lead HR initiatives aligned to business needs.
6. Partner with leadership on workforce planning and resourcing strategies.
7. Use HR data and insights to identify trends and develop solutions.
8. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies.
9. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes in collaboration with the wider team.

Regional HR Business Partner - About You

We're looking for a confident and self-motivated HR professional who is comfortable working across multiple sites and managing a varied workload.

Essential Criteria

1. Proven experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist role.
2. CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards/equivalent).
3. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
4. Proven experience in employee relations, including TUPE.
5. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
6. Full UK driving licence and access to a car for business use.
7. Willing to travel regionally and stay overnight when required.

Desirable

Experience within the Charity, Care or healthcare sector is an advantage, but not essential.
