Regional HR Business Partner
Location: Chelmsford - covering South East
Type: Initial 12 month FTC
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + needs based car
Industry experience required: Manufacturing or Logistics
A leading UK organisation with national reach is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to join its people team. This is a strategic and hands-on role supporting multiple operational sites, where you'll drive business performance through a people-first, data-driven approach.
As a trusted advisor to regional leadership, you'll partner closely with central HR teams and business stakeholders to align people initiatives with strategic objectives. Your remit will span the full employee lifecycle, with particular emphasis on using HR data and analytics to inform decisions, influence leadership, and shape organisational capability.
You'll also play a key role in managing and advising on complex employee relations (ER) matters, ensuring consistency, compliance, and fairness across the region.
