Regional HR BP role

6 month FTC

January start

The client is a leading construction business with sites across the UK

Description

Key responsibilities;

  • Act as a strategic partner to site leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and providing expert guidance.
  • Deliver and embed key HR projects, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights through HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practices across all locations.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE processes where required.

Profile

The ideal candidate;

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a multi-site and fast paced environment
  • Proven track record partnering senior stakeholders at Director and Board level
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering HR projects within tight time frames.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently across the West & Midlands regions.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification or equivalent experience.

Job Offer

On offer;

  • £60,000-£65,000
  • Car or car allowance
  • Hybrid working (roughly 3 days on site, 2 from home)
