Regional Health and Safety Advisor
South England

GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 plus package

Shirley Parsons have exclusively partnered with a leading retailer who are looking to appoint a Regional Health and Safety Advisor to support their organisation. This is a home based position with frequent travel on a regional basis, across the South of England. As part of a wider Health and Safety team you will drive a positive H&S culture throughout the business and provide visible safety leadership, guidance and advice.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting audits, inspections and accident/incident investigations
  • The design and delivery of a range of H&S training
  • Building strong working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting senior H&S management with the development and implementation of H&S strategy, policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • The right to work in the UK and a full driving licence
  • NEBOSH or equivalent certificate in Health and Safety as a minimum
  • H&S experience in sectors such as Maintenance/heavy automotive/fleet management
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
