We've been engaged by one of the leading integrated waste management companies in the UK to recruit a Regional Health and Safety Advisor. The role is focused on promoting a positive health and safety culture and to improve health and safety performance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

1. Promoting a positive health and safety culture across multiple sites
2. Designing and delivering engaging health and safety training sessions to employees
3. Maintaining accurate health and safety records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
4. Working with the health and safety team to develop and implement new initiatives that enhance workplace safety and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in a similar health and safety role. Experience within high risk industries or logistics would be beneficial but not essential
2. NEBOSH certificate or equivalent with the ambition to achieve higher qualifications
3. An enthusiastic and positive approach to health and safety
