Job Description:

This is a great opportunity with a well-established, market leader in Poultry Rearing and Breeding. We are recruiting for a Relief Farm Manager based in Lincolnshire to provide cover for Farm Managers across the area as required. You will ensure that the farm is run successfully, all duties are completed, and the high standards are upheld. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong poultry experience looking to join a highly reputable company and invest in their career!

The Candidate:

1. Poultry farm experience
2. Strong people management
3. Full UK Driving License
4. Familiar with hygiene and biosecurity standards

The Package:

- Salary £38,000 and increases to £40,000 upon successful completion of probation
