Regional EMEA Infrastructure PMO Lead

The role of Head Project Management Office, Infrastructure will be a leadership and management role, reporting to the Global PMO lead and with a matrix reporting line to the EMEA Head of Infrastructure. The role-holder will work in close partnership with global and regional EMEA IT Managers/Team and Infrastructure Project Managers respectively to ensure excellent service and project delivery.
The role-holder will manage a team of Project Managers (PM) that are delivering Infrastructure solutions within EMEA, providing guidance and assisting the PMs to manage and deliver each project on a timely basis while remaining within the budget of the project. The role-holder will also report on the overall progress of the entire portfolio of projects in EMEA including globally assigned projects on a monthly and quarterly basis. Financial management is critical for this role to succeed, as the role-holder will be required to not only help manage project budgets but will be involved in tracking the EMEA Infrastructure budget and assist the Heads of Infrastructure during the yearly budget planning cycle. This role will have up to 5 direct reports who are largely Infrastructure Project Managers each managing one or more projects.

This role will report directly to the global PMO lead and in a matrix reporting to the regional EMEA Infrastructure Head.
