Those huge small victories
We are the highest Ofsted-rated provider in the country for special education. Our teams are fulfilled by the idea of making even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate even the little things. We are looking for someone who has the right skills and leadership style to be our new ‘Regional Director of Partnerships’.
As Regional Director of Partnerships, you'll promote our excellence and lead local authority relations as a key person in our continued success.
Get out what you put in
In this role you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of Partnership Managers, setting high standards of delivery, and ensuring the effective management of the referral process and pupil pipeline across the South region. You will oversee the development and implementation of strategic account management and new business initiatives, while maintaining strong, productive relationships with local authorities at all levels. Your leadership will ensure accurate forecasting of pupil numbers and regional growth, while also identifying and seizing business opportunities within the SEND sector and related funding bodies.
In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to shape the team’s strategic vision and support activities with local authorities, including tender submissions and framework delivery. You will also work with the Head of Marketing to ensure the right collateral and materials are in place, while contributing to tactical marketing initiatives to drive growth. Additionally, you'll represent the organization at events, speak at key opportunities, and help lead promotional campaigns. This role also involves supporting the quality monitoring process within schools and stepping in to cover the role of Partnership Manager during periods of leave.
