Regional Operations Director

To provide operational support to a portfolio of elderly care homes

£70,000 - £90,000, Essex and Hertfordshire

New Way Recruitment is delighted to be working with a fantastic care provider who is sourcing a Regional Operations Director for their portfolio of elderly care homes.

The Company:

• This company is a longstanding client of ours who are currently expanding, looking to open a minimum of two new sites next year.
• They are a luxury care provider that offers high levels of quality care and a 'Hotel' feel to every care home.
• They have a reputation for providing innovative care for people living with dementia.

The Role:

• Practical experience of working in a regional role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Oversee the quality of care being provided in the homes, as well as support and guide the home managers.
• You will be dynamic and results-driven with proven experience of overseeing a luxury portfolio of care homes.
• You may be an experienced Operations Manager looking for the next step in your career or you may already be a Regional Operations Director who would like to join a well-thought-of company that will give you the support and resources required to succeed!

Package:

• Excellent remuneration packages offered - £70,000 - £90,000.
• Have a valid, clean driving license and own transport which can be used for business purposes; business mileage will be paid.
