The Regional Director of Human Resources (HR) – EMEA & Americas is responsible for overseeing the HR operations of multiple hotels within the EMEA and Americas region. This role includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the business objectives and foster a positive work environment. The Regional Director will work closely with property HR leaders and the corporate HR team to promote a culture of excellence, diversity, and employee engagement, and to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
