Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will provide strategic support and lead the commercial team on all matters relating to procurement, strategy, risk management, pre and post contract, margin improvement, and people development for the maintenance/facilities side of the business, helping to squeeze value out of existing relationships and drive new business across the full TFM spectrum. The role covers all regional commercial activities across Central and North England.
