Regional Cleaning Manager

Our client is looking to add another Manager to their team due to contract wins and growth.

You will be working as an Operations Manager for an established cleaning contractor that operates nationwide and are looking for someone to manage a mixture of contracts including retail across the South West. You will have 5 Area Managers reporting into you.

Ideally, you will have experience managing volume sites and managing Area Managers. You will manage your own diary but will be expected to attend sites regularly to ensure standards and service levels are being met.

One of your key responsibilities will be driving the business forward and helping the company to grow even further. This is a hands-on role suitable for someone that enjoys being out and about instead of sitting behind a desk.

Your Role

1. Responsibility for contract/cleaner performance to achieve and exceed contract SLA and KPI
2. Contract mobilisation and TUPE process
3. Client Relationship management with key focus on service delivery, retention, and contract growth
4. Responsible for managing financial budgets
5. Attend training and meetings as required
6. Implementation of all company policies and procedures
7. Site visits in line with client contractual requirements
8. Pre-sale involvement before contract becomes operational, attending new client site meetings with Business Development Managers, managing TUPE transfer and recruitment of operatives
9. Contract mobilisations
10. Deliver in accordance with the FM strategy, site service charter, and service level agreement to monitor key elements of the FM service
11. Manage onsite FM projects specific as agreed with the Project Team
12. Provide a key interface between on-site client and the contracted service providers on a day-to-day basis
13. Any other ad hoc duties and tasks required

About you

1. Experience of managing multiple cleaning sites & contracts at Operations Manager level
2. Ability to liaise and work professionally with clients and staff
3. Experience of motivating, managing, and leading cleaning teams
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Full UK Driving licence

Location

You will ideally be based in the South West, for example, Bristol, Southampton, Portsmouth, or Taunton.
