Your New Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Regional (Business) Support Co-Ordinator to join our Ministry of Justice (MoJ) account in the Midlands. This role is based on-site and will require occasional visits to other prisons and Amey offices in the region (additional mileage will be recoverable).
The Regional (Business) Support Co-Ordinator plays an important part in providing robust administrative support to the Facilities Managers within the region, ensuring they have complete visibility of requirements and compliance for all sites.
The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for:
Prison Security Clearance will be required (Amey will support you through this process).
We want to hear from you if you have:
Ideally, you will have experience in using Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems and/or experience of working in a generalist administration/business support role.
In addition to this, it would be desirable if you have strong IT skills and experience working with Excel and pivot tables to help you hit the ground running, although this is not essential as we will provide you with the required development you need to bring you up to speed.
