Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Alastin

Location: London - UK Field

Job Description

Galderma UK is looking for a strong Regional Business Manager to join our Alastin team.

The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, seize new opportunities and make your ideas come to life to drive success for this premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Take ownership of the sales strategy for the Region and drive its implementation by providing direction, coaching and support to your team.
2. Provide excellent line management to the team both in terms of performance, engagement, and development.
3. Partner with Head of Corporate Accounts to identify, win and tactically execute on regional high opportunity accounts.
4. Develop and implement regional business plan.
5. Report Actual vs. Planned (Business Plan) in boost of commercial team by managing, monitoring and making recommendations to continue to drive strong business growth.
6. Achieve or exceed sales and lead on KPI’s for Region including call targets and other Sales Force Excellence (SFE) metrics.
7. Seek out and build relationships with appropriate contacts in an organisation/business, including clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
8. Maximise contact points within total territory.
9. Understand the business strategy around products and promotions to ensure maximising all sales opportunities.
10. Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
11. Present key learnings/best practices at company meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Experienced Sales Manager with proven record developing new and existing markets and growth within a similar organization.
2. Goal and results orientated with strong business, analytical and commercial acumen related to sales levers, creation of value proposition, KPI's and achieving targets.
3. Ability to cultivate, maintain and build professional relationships with KOLs and clinic owners.
4. With a strong Healthcare professional network, ability to plan and execute hands-on training events compliantly and to a high quality.
5. Good understanding of customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns and guide and provide solutions to customers and key stakeholders.
6. Skincare knowledge.
7. Experience of working within the Aesthetics sector would be preferable.
8. A full driving license is essential for the position.
